Day Nine

Today’s progress was all very digital-based. My first action item was to change the appreciation email sent automatically to donors through GoFundMe. The platform had created an AI-generated passage that I found long-winded and not particularly personal or genuine, so I changed it for more of a warm, appreciative tone.

Additionally, I requested permission to promote my fundraiser at school in two ways: 1) put up the flyers that I’d created the previous day around campus; and 2) post digitally on the Middle School Info page so that all MS students and faculty/staff could access it.

Finally, I worked in my Digital Media class to continue making the animations that I will be coupling with particularly catchy or moving audio clips from my interviews.
