About Sloka

Sloka Edara is a teenage author based in Sammamish, Washington, whose passion lies in writing authentic novels of adolescent characters who experience intricate emotional arcs as they discover friendship, family, courage, and identity.

She has published a fantasy novel, Bridge of Starlight, and has completed another — Perfectly Imperfect, a middle grade novel. She also enjoys writing poetry and short stories. She has been a bookworm ever since she could read and particularly enjoys novels about diversity, mythology, and teenage social dynamics.
