Day Eighteen

Today, I shifted my focus away from fundraising and instead to two of my other initiatives: my article and education opportunity. I met during lunch with the admin member who I’d been speaking to about promoting my project at school, and we decided that my event could be at one of the tables in the cafeteria. I initially agreed, but at home later in the day, I decided I wanted a quieter space for some of the things I was planning (since I might have something like a Kahoot, a Blooket, etc.). I sent an email to the admin member requesting a switch to one of the conference rooms in the cafeteria and am waiting on a response.

I wrote an announcement that I will ask admin to post, but unfortunately, I can’t get that out until I finalize the location. I will request admin to send the update once I have this information.

I also started my article, mostly focusing on a catchy but factual introduction paragraph.
